Manuel was born in Piacenza, Italy, in 1980 and is father of four sons. Graduated in Economy, Finance for Authorities and Financial Markets at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan. His career has been distinguished by key strategic roles: in 2004 he becomes CFO of Viaggi del Ventaglio SpA and in 2007 CEO of Value Holding SpA and Value Group SpA, while consulting for international investment funds about major European e-commerce businesses.In 2008 he funds Yalla Yalla SpA, the main Italian site of package holidays. In 2015 he funds The Fruit Plant, of which he is also President & CEO. Manuel is a Triathlon athlete, and an expert in statistics and innovation.
Matteo was born in Cagliari, Italy, in 1990. After graduating in Economy and Business Administration at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, he decides to specialize in Business Administration at École Supérieure de Commerce (ESCP) in Paris.His career starts with international experiences across Europe, Asia and Latin America. In 2014 he becomes City Manager at Food Panda (a Rocket Internet business): he manages the city of Johor Bahru, Malaysia where he strengthens his business development skills. In 2015 he contributes to the creation of The Fruit Plant, where he covers the role of business analyst. Matteo is a sport and travel enthusiast.

In parallel, he starts to work as radio host, creating some very famous shows.During his career, he develops a very strong talent in storytelling, achieving the "Best Storyteller 2015" for Adventure Award. He brought his creative talent at The Fruit Plant from start, on several activities.
